In the CleanLine clinics, the EpiTouch Alexandrite laser, which is based on clinically tested laser technologies, is used for laser hair removal. First of all, the laser beam selectively affects hair pigment, thus destroying hair follicles without damaging the surrounding tissues. Since hair follicles stop functioning, hairs stop growing, too.

Hair grows in three phases, and hair removal is only effective against all hairs that are in active growth phase, which means that in order to achieve the desired outcome, laser hair removal should be done in multiple sittings. The number of procedures depends on hormonal peculiarities of each particular person.

We don’t perform laser hair removal on people with very fair, red, or gray hair, since there will be little to no permanent benefit due to the lack of pigment in the hair.

Laser hair removal is also a perfect treatment for those who want to remove ingrown hairs after waxing or shaving as well as for people with the inflammations of the hair follicles.

Laser hair removal is more effective, milder, and in the end also cheaper than other methods of hair removal. Besides, if you follow the directions of our specialists and a schedule of treatments carefully, the unwanted body hair will be removed permanently.

First of all, you are going to have an initial consultation, during which our specialist, who has undergone relevant training, will explain the procedure, measure the treatment area, tell you the price of a procedure, and do a hair removal test. On the first procedure the EpiTouch Alexandrite laser removes all visible hairs and destroys those hair follicles which are in active growth phase. You will have to repeat the procedure after a month and a half. On the average, the hair removal course consists of 5-6 treatments.
